Payment

Paying for your order
We welcome checks and most major credit cards, and a link for online payment is sent with your invoice.  We always appreciate payment by e-check when possible to help keep our prices low. You may also make an account payment if you know the amount you would like to pay.

We offer Net 30 terms to select Georgia and nationally established businesses upon approval of our credit application. First orders are always COD, credit will be for future orders only. Please allow 5 days for account processing. Download our Presentech Credit Application

Order minimums
Due to the setup time and materials required to process each order, minimums apply to all orders. Please refer to individual sections for the minimum for each product. Please request a quote before submitting your order if you need specific pricing.


Changes, cacellations and returns

Changes or cancellations
Due to the speed at which we print orders, once we have started working on your order, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations. At your discretion, you may resubmit your file at a later time as a new order if we have not yet begun to work on your order. For your protection, all changes must be in writing. A new completion time will be assigned based on the time we receive these changes. If your quote varies from your written order, your order form shall be used to determine your selections.

Corrections and adjustments
Our goal is total client satisfaction, and we are committed to making your materials the best they can be. If you feel that an error has been made in the production of your materials, please call us within 3 days for an inspection. Materials damaged during shipment should be reported directly to the carrier. Please retain all shipping materials for their inspection. Complimentary remakes due to our error are from the same file. If you also need to change the content of your file, we will split the difference and offer you a 50% discount off the cost of your original order.

For custom printed items:
If there is a problem with an item that includes custom printing, we will reprint it at no charge within 90 days of purchase if due to our error. If a proof was approved by you, please understand that corrections or reprints once approved are at your expense, so please review your proof carefully. In most cases, we are able to replace a graphic using your existing hardware, so it may be necessary to return the complete unit to us for replacement of the graphic.

For defective hardware:
If the hardware used in your display contains a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it within 90 days of purchase. From 90 days to one year, the item will be repaired upon return to our facility. You may be responsible for return shipping. In most cases, the graphic is removable, so it is only necessary to replace the hardware, not the entire display. It may be necessary to return the complete unit to us so we may transfer the graphic to the new hardware. 

Hardware is warranted to be free of manufacturer defects for the following period from the invoice date:
Premium series banner stands: 1 year
Value series banner stands: 90 days
Display walls: 1 year repair
Extended warranties are available for many items.

Returns of non custom printed items
Many of our items, including most trade show items are special order and sales are final unless the item arrives damaged. In some cases, returns are accepted with a restocking fee. Please ask about the return policy for the item you are ordering before placing your order. In addition, many displays are shipped directly from the manufacturer, so your return may incur an additional UPS charge to return it to them. 

Limit of liability
Presentech will take caution to ensure the safety of your materials, but does not assume liability for materials damaged or lost by us or any other vendor with whom we may contract on your behalf. If appropriate, items of value sent to Presentech should carry the necessary insurance to cover loss or damage. Common sense precaution: Under no circumstances should you send us any computer file that is your only copy.

Copyright information
Presentech must have legally binding permission to duplicate materials that are so marked or known to be protected by copyright. Purchaser agrees to comply with all copyright and trademark legislation, and warrants that by submitting material to us that they have complied with such legislation. By submission of a job the client agrees to indemnify and hold Presentech free and harmless of all suits, claims, damages and other liability and expense which may arise directly or indirectly or by reason of services performed by Presentech for the client.


Shipping

Whether speed or cost is more important to you (or a combination of both), we offer a number of shipping options to help speed your purchase to you.

Receiving your finished materials
Presentech offers free next day delivery to many Atlanta zip codes with a qualifying minimum order. Discounted local delivery is also available. We encourage shipping on your UPS or FedEx account number with no shipping mark up. Note that any fees added by the shipping company, including address correction or foreign duty, will be invoiced to you along with a $10 service fee.

Shipping can be a big expense, especially for large or heavy items.  Our goal is to provide you with the most economical shipping methods available. When possible. we will combine several items to lower your rate.  

We've all seen web prices that seem too good to be true, only to discover that the discount is made up in inflated shipping charges.  With this in mind, most of our large or heavy items include free shipping  to save not only money but the surprise of a large shipping bill.  

We clearly show all shipping charges when you check out. You have the option of paying when you place your order using one of the shipping methods listed.  Or, if you have several items, select the option to review shipping later and we'll create a custom shipping quote for you once we we look at every option for the best savings. 

Air vs ground shipping
If you think you need air delivery, in many cases, ground service will arrive at the same time or even FASTER than air.  We will always check alternate shipping speeds and let you know if we found an economical option for you to consider.  This could save 50-75% on your shipping bill.

Our primary shipper is UPS but can also arrange FedEx service upon request (your order ships one day AFTER job completion). We also offer freight service via Yellow Freight. 

Other shipping options 

Use your own shipper account
You may use your own shipper account with no handling fee. This allows you to receive your FedEx or UPS negotiated discounted rates. 

Local Atlanta delivery
For orders over $500, we offer free delivery to select zip codes.  Our delivery area is primarily inside the Perimeter and north of I-20. Some zip codes may be included or excluded so please ask. 

Pickup
if you are located in Atlanta or plan to be here for a meeting or conference, you may elect to pick up your items from us.  To activate the pickup option, please enter 30318 for the shipping zip code. 

Address correction and package rerouting
FedEx and UPS charge us for incorrect or incomplete addresses, even if the shipment was invoiced to your account. As a result, should your package contain an incorrect address or be missing information like a Company Name, Apt number, or Suite number that would cause them to redirect the package, we will pass on their $12 fee for the address correction, or actual charges if the package is returned as undeliverable. Please ensure your above address information is correct to avoid any additional charges.

Materials damaged delayed or lost
Presentech ships via common carrier as a courtesy, but claims for damaged goods are the responsibility of the client. We insure all packages and will assist you in completing the necessary paperwork, but payment of outstanding invoices in not affected by the delivery or claim status of your package. 

In some cases, carriers may be late delivering your order, even when a service time has been guaranteed.  You are responsible for all printing invoices even if your shipment is late.  Carrier liability is limited to a refund of your shipping fees, not a refund of the printing costs. If you have an important deadline, we suggest shipping your materials to arrive well before they are needed.
