Mounting & Laminating

Presentech offers professional mounting and laminating as the perfect finish for your large format printing. We offer several mounting board and laminate options for you to choose from.

We offer the following mounting board options:

Foamcore           

Foam Core is an economical, extruded polystyrene foam board laminated to two sheets of white clay-coated paper.  Foam Core is best suited for boards smaller than 24” x 36” and for local delivery.

UltraMount           

UltraMount is a mid-priced board that is stronger than foam core but not as rigid as Gatorboard.  UltraMount is warp resistant, and a great option for quality short term displays.

Gatorboard           

Genuine GatorBoard is a high quality board suitable for most mounting applications. GatorBoard is stronger and less likely to warp at larger sizes than foam core.

Sintra           

Sintra offers excellent mounting flexibility over traditional fiber-based materials, such as Foam Board. A solid core plastic, Sintra is a good choice for heavy duty or outdoor applications or long term use.

Chipboard           

Chipboard is a thin, paper based board suitable for framing or short term use.  It also is a perfect choice for tabletop POP and retail displays.

Acrylic           

Acrylic is a clear solid surface board used to mount backlit or translucent film for illuminated viewing.  Available by special order. Additional time required.

Flexible Magnet   

Max size: 24” x any length

Our magnetic media is a flexible roll of magnetic backed mounting media designed to adhere to a metallic surface. 

Lexan

Max size: 48” x any length

Lexan is a durable polycarbonate media designed for trade show use or where a more durable solution is required.  Lexan rolls for easy storage and shipping, but unlike lamination, resists the signs of wear and tear. We add an opaque backing to our Lexan to block light and provide a flexible base.

LAMINATING

Protect your large format investment with our professional laminating service. 
We laminate two sides for printed media and one side for mounted boards

We offer the following lamination finishes:

Length is determined by the printed piece or the mounting board being used.
Two sided lamination doubles the listed thickness.
