How it works
When placing your order, simply include your Delta SkyMiles number on our online order form, or include it with your order if sent by email or dropped off in person. We will credit your SkyMiles account within 30 days after you receive your order. For security reasons we do not store SkyMiles numbers, so you must include your Skymiles number with each order. Our online order forms include a place to add your SkyMiles number, so we suggest placing your order online to help you remember to add your SkyMiles number.
Is there a charge for this program?
No, this is a complimentary program to thank you for your business.

Do all of my purchases receive miles from Delta SkyMiles?
Most everything you order from us qualifies for SkyMiles credit. The following items do not count towards your order minimum or order total and will not qualify for SkyMiles credit:
- Postage
- Sales tax
- Delivery and shipping
- Credit card convenience fees
- Purchases made under a special pricing agreement
Can you split the miles among two or more SkyMiles accounts?
No, we are only able to award miles to one account per invoice or project, even if you are splitting the invoice.
Do the miles I earn count towards Medallion® Status?
No, miles do not count towards Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs) or towards Million Miler™ status.
How do we decide who gets the miles for an order?
You should indicate the SkyMIles account to credit when placing your order. In the case of two or more persons from one company supplying their SkyMiles number, we will contact you if there is a conflict and will typically award miles to the person who first placed or initiated the order or requested a quote. The person requesting credit must be employed by the company placing the order at the time the order is completed.
If you are a designer sending an order for your client, either you or your client may receive the miles. By participating in this program, you agree that the decision of Presentech regarding all matters of assigning miles is final so it is best to resolve these issues prior to placing an order.
Can a SkyMiles account number be changed or added after sending an order?
Prior to completing the order, you may make one change to the Skymiles number being used. The person whose number is being replaced must also agree to this change in writing. After one change, no additional changes may be made. If you forgot to include your SkyMiles number when placing your order, you may add it anytime after sending your order but no more than 7 days after your order is finished and delivered.
Other important information
The terms of this program may be changed or withdrawn at any time without advanced notice. If you paid for a purchase using our in-house credit account, used a credit card that was later disputed or paid for your order with a check that was returned by the bank, the value of miles awarded by us will be added to any collection action.
