How are our Lexan panels better than the competition?

Most companies print your graphics on a plotter then mount them to a roll of Lexan. After repeated use the print will often begin to separate from the Lexan creating a very unprofessional and sloppy appearance. We use a premium Lexan and print your photo quality graphics directly onto the Lexan media. We then add a flexible, yet durable 10 mil backer to the Lexan to protect the ink and add stability. The result is a trade show graphic that won’t separate even after repeated use.

We also print your graphic at an industry leading 2,400 dpi using 8 ink colors for an unparalleled color gamut. Colors are more realistic, highlights more subtle and text crisp and sharp even at the smallest point size. We’re confident you’ll agree that our image quality is far superior to the print found at most sign shops.

Using and storing Lexan panels

The major advantage of Lexan panels over laminated panels is that you can roll them for economic shipping and when they unroll they lay completely flat and smooth like a mounted print. And unlike laminate, even after repeated use they resist the sign of aging, including creases and spidering.

Always roll Lexan with the image or printed side FACING OUTWARD. Rolling Lexan graphics inward can cause permanent damage to your display.
