SPOTLIGHT: Perfect Binding
Perfect binding is a method of binding thick booklets, annual reports and catalogs in which the pages are bound to the cover and held together by a thin strip of adhesive. Paperback or softcover books are also normally bound using perfect binding. Perfect binding consist of various sections with a cover made from heavier paper, glued together at the spine with a strong flexible glue. From a minimum thickness of approximately 1/8", it works well with a wide range of document thickness and trim sizes.
